[lug] USB support under KRUD 7.1

That's weird.  I appear to have (but haven't tested or used) built in
support for USB on the Toshiba Tecra 8100, not 8200.  I guess I will
have to plug in my USB CD-RW to the 7.2 laptop this weekend and see what
it does.  Or the USB mouse or something...

The kernel definitely reports finding the USB device and initializing it
during boot-time with a standard RedHat kernel on that machine...
