One thing that might help is that if a boot disk does not work, then it
usually means that the boot order in the bios has removed booting by
floppy, or it occurs after the HD. Simply going into the bios setup and
checking boot order could take care of all the non-floppy-bootability
issues (something similar is true for CDROMs).
