I would LOVE to have a presentation on packaging. In particular, rpm and
deb. I could easily devote a couple of hours to each format as a solo
presentation, though I suppose others might not be as excited about
packaging :P  I would have to say that wihtin Linux, packaging is my
only nemesis.
