Those would be my choices, with the addition of KRUD, which tummy.com
will be supplying.  Anyone else?

That's a good question. To those of you out there who've put together
installfests before, what's a good estimate?

I would guess probably 10-20 of each distro - at other installfests
I've been to, there's been at least one computer with a CD burner, so
I suppose estimating for the initial crowd and burning more later if
necessary would be the way to go... it's kind of a function of how
many people would show up.

The other thing to consider is that it's not necessarily just the
instalees who'll be looking at CDs to pick up. I'm likely, for
example, to be interested in trying out some distros I've never used
before, even though I probably won't be bringing my own desktop to the
event unless I get help with transportation.

In any case, if we have extras, we can raffle them at the future
monthly meetings.
