-- Boulder Linux Users Group --
                              Installfest!

Bring your computer - get up and running with a new system, or help a
new user discover Linux!

Date and Time: The afternoon of Saturday, February 9, 2002.

Location: ECCR 105 and 150 - in the Engineering Center of the University
of Colorado, Boulder.

Installees: If you're coming to have a computer installed, please be
sure to sign a waiver before anyone else touches your computer, and if
at all possible, make backup copies of any important data on your
computer before bringing it. While most installations of recent
distributions go very smoothly, accidents and problems can happen.

Installers: Please bring extra distributions, power cords, network
cable, spare CD or floppy drives, network cards, mice, keyboards, or
any other material you believe might be useful to have around. Be sure
it's clearly labeled with your name so it doesn't walk off!

Everyone: Directly across Regent Drive from the parking structure is a
short drive that leads up to loading docks. If the weather is good, a
volunteer can help you use a dolly to take your computer from near the
loading dock, up the sidewalk on the south side of the building, and
in the south entrance to the building. If the weather is bad, the
volunteer will help you bring your equipment through the hallway, up
the service elevator, and on to ECCR 105.
