Just a quick reminder that the ISART 2002 Symposium is coming up in less
than one month.  Anyone interested or involved with issues related to
global spectrum management, ultrawideband communications,
telecommunications policy, software radio, adaptive antennas, wireless
communications, 3G and 4G systems, etc., should consider attending.

I've attached the basic information below.  One important development is
that the registration deadline has been dropped.  We can now accept
registration up until the day of the Symposium.

                     ISART 2002 Symposium
                   ========================

The International Symposium on Advanced Radio Technologies (ISART)
will be held March 4 - 6, 2002 at the Department of Commerce
Boulder Laboratories, 325 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado, USA.  The
technical program is intended to serve both the research and
business communities, and will focus on issues dealing with the
state of the art and future trends in radio technology, spectrum
regulation, policy, and business.

Specific Topics:

     - Overview of Advanced Radio Technologies
     - Standards and Spectrum Management
     - Advances in Wireless Communications
     - Antennas and Propagation
     - Software-Defined Radio
     - Ultrawideband Technology
