My personal ISP is boulder.net, though I haven't actually used the
dial-up service in a while (use SprintBBD). They provide a shell
account and two email addresses. You might try calling to determine
whether your requirements of procmail are satisfied. See
www.boulder.net for more info.

Here is some info on the shell account:

atlas.csd.net> uname -a
OSF1 atlas.csd.net V4.0 1530 alpha

atlas.csd.net> procmail -v
procmail v3.12 1999/03/02, Copyright (c) 1999, Stephen R. van den Berg
							<srb at cuci.nl>

Submit questions/answers to the procmail-related mailinglist by sending to:
	<procmail-users at procmail.org>

And of course, subscription and information requests for this list to:
	<procmail-users-request at procmail.org>

Locking strategies:	dotlocking, fcntl(), lockf(), flock()
Default rcfile:		$HOME/.procmailrc
Your system mailbox:	/var/spool/mail/jcollins
