Open source is important up to a point. We are not using QT Embedded at
this time. I like Konquerer and Opera (what we use for demonstration
purposes now).

How important is Open Source to you?  Konqueror comes in an embedded
version, if you have the room for qt-embedded.  

Ant has the Fresco browser which is pretty light weight, but it is not
free in any sense of the word.  Opera seems popular, too, for
embedded applications.
