[lug] Replacing a WindowsNT DHCP Server with Linux

If you don't expect your DHCP server to update your DNS and WINS
databases for you, there should be no problems.

I have run Linux DHCP servers supporting Windows 9x, NT and 2000, along
with some Linux 'puters and have not seen any problems.
