One plus on the repair side of things is that replacement parts come out of
... wait for it ... Boulder...  They usually tell us the equipment will be
here in a couple of days, and it arrives the next morning...

I wasn't that happy with my T21, but we've been happy with the smaller ones
like the 240 series and the X20s we currently have.  They can be had pretty
dang cheap on ebay -- we got them for around $1200 about 8 months ago, but
I think they're going for around $800 now.
