[lug] Ximian evolution and IMAP/SSL

Choose server type IMAP, and then you should get options specific to
ssl.  I am using IMAP/SSL right now with evolution so it is possible.  I
have been using it since evolution 0.99

When I do add new account, choose IMAP for server type, I have a check
box for Use secure connection (SSL).
