[lug] ifconfig errors

I should probably mention that Alan Cox (Himself) recommends using the
tulip driver with this card, (see

), but I am unable to successfully insmod the tulip module.  The Cox
message does not say that the dmfe won't work, just that tulip may
give better performance.  Googling around will find Donald Becker
saying much the same thing, but recommending the latest versions of
dmfe.
