  We are looking for a developer to finish off a PHP based application. The server is Red Hat 7.2 with PHP4 (basically a portal service). I am looking for an independent or a team/company that can help finish it off. In fact, if anyone has a PHP4 based portal server and is looking for some additional revenue ..
