Sorry, disregard previous "RTFM".  Congrats.  Glad it's working.

You may want to consider setting up SSL on your Apache server... then you'll
have a secure way to access SquirrelMail remotely.  Remember, the username
and password submission forms are sent "in the clear" if you're not using
SSL.
