[lug] local computer stores / video card rec

I'm about to move to Boulder -- are there good computer stores (I'm
looking for good prices on hardware, don't care about software or service)
in Boulder, or should I just use online retailers?

Also, any recommendations on a basic, low-end graphics card that works
well with linux (built-in tv card a plus)? I saw some voodoo3 based cards
for $30 (16 meg ram) (could spend more, but since I don't play games, just
e-mail, web and (soon) dvd's, I don't know if there's need) -- is there a
major difference in speed under linux (verse windows) between different
chipsets because of the X drivers, or can I trust windows benchmarks?

Thanks,

Ben
