[lug] Removing source rpm's

When "rpm --rebuild some.source.rpm" the /usr/src/redhat/BUILD directory
gets files added to it. I'm trying to free up some space and am
wondering if it is OK to just delete those files or do they have to be
removed with rpm (if so how?) to keep the rpm db happy?

I also see a lot of .patch, .tgz, etc files in /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES.
I'm guessing these are installed when "rpm --rebuild" is run. Can these
be deleted as well?

Thanks,
Gary
