[lug] Crypt file systems

HI,
At last nights meeting Neal was interested in encrypted file systems.  Since this seems of 
general interest I am posting some info here:

First a link to SuSE's support database with instructions on setting up such a file system 
manually.

This should work with any distro.  I also checked and SuSE does in fact not distribute 
their ISO images for i386 anymore (only Sparc is on their ftp server in ISO format).

It appears that one still can install SuSE over ftp from their site if you like. 
Personally I like their printed manuals and therefore I don't mind spending $40 for the 
packaged set (support what and who you like :)  The pro version is $80.

But as said before - the above instructions should work just as well for KRUD/RedHat or 
Mandrake...
