Thanks, everyone, for your responses.  A search on realrates.com
revealed a junior position in Kansas City paying $32/hr.  This helps.

Yeah, they want to switch from "ColdLesion" (hee hee).  Apparently,
they're tired of telling their clients that they have to pony up for the
runtime.
