[lug] Meeting announcement fix - August 8

Sorry, folks. In the frantic rush to get an announcement out I copied
an old announcement and changed most relevant points except,
apparently, the date.

The meeting is, as usual, on the second Thursday of the month, and
that happens to be tonight, August 8, in spite of the fact that the
announcement I copied suggested you might need a time machine.

If anyone around here needs a time machine, it's me.  Sorry.
