Can you tell me about the Linux install Fest?

Where and when is it and how late could I come with my laptop to have
Linux installed?. I have downloaded documentation, bout a year old, on
putting Linux on this model.

Also, if I can't come at that time, would anyone be able to meet with me
individually to help me do the installation?
