[lug] xml for web pages

I've been using the expat XML toolkit (and parser): 

  http://www.jclark.com/xml/expat.html

simply because the XML perl modules I use for XML/RPC and the Frontier modules
seem to like it. We've also used Apache::XMLRPC::Lite, a mod_perl-based XML-RPC 
server which is pretty cool, but again specific to Apache. I've never used 
Zeus.
