[lug] mailman and logrotate?

Hi John,

Everything says that it is disabled, and in fact lsof -i shows nothing 
else listening.  Someone is listening to the port though, because I can 
telnet to it.  Hmm, I wonder if there is another binary called xinetd. 
 It would have to be started by /etc/init.d/xinetd though.
