[lug] Motherboard recommendations?

Greetings,

I'm going to put together a server and wanted to ask for some opinions.
Here are the constraints that I know of:
I'd like to keep the thing under $600 for motherboard, memory, and
processor.  I have all the other cards, disks, and case.

I'm going to be using it as a mail and web server mainly.  Perhaps FTP,
but that's up in the air.  It'll be attached to a 640K DSL line.

It will have a RAID card in it as well.

Any comments?
