Depending on your distro, you probably have both netscape and mozilla
installed. Either one is available. When you say, "I get a mozilla
icon...," you need to be more clear about your desktop environment
(KDE, Gnome), and location of the icon in question in order
for us to help sort that out. Either way, both mozilla and netscape
icons should be available, perhaps under Internet, from the cascading
panel menu.

Are you talking about the mozilla mail & newsgroups client, or the
browser part? If you're talking about the attbi.com homepage, then
it's their change. Anything else is most likely a change on your end.

If you're talking about mozilla mail & news, you may need to enter
your server settings under "Edit, Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings"

Ultimately, we'll need some more background info and detail in order
to answer you fully.
