[lug] editing comps

[Prafulla Harpanhalli]

any changes in comps should be reflected in hdlist;
that explains why ./genhdlist. And i am not worried of
the installation style, hence *now* i am not runnning
./buildinstall. but still everything  is failing. Now
what?
