Just pick generic and enter the values for V and H freq.

Basically what you need is : Horizontal=30 - 107 kHz  vertical=48 - 120 Hz

You'll have to search down a ways, and I (obviously) can't guarantee
that the values there are correct, but you might be able to use them.
