In all humility, I must admit this is so. :-)

Someone else mentioned Dimensional.  Is it true that David Denny has been
forced out?  If so, this is a shame.  What he lacked in people-skills (I
was, at one time, a DimCom customer), he made up for in sheer technical
proficiency, especially with regards to telecom.  I hope that this isn't the
beginning of yet another local ISP going the way of RMI.
