No worries mate.

I have a K7 Triton 400 GA-7VAX/7VAXP motherboard with 2.1Ghz Athlon
processor, on-board via8233 audio and Nvidia GForce4 video, running
RedHat 7.3 kernel 2.4.18-19.7.  I ran a low resolution VESA driver for a
few days until I got the right video drivers compiled but now it's
working o.k.  I haven't figured out the audio yet.  I can't install the
drivers for the via8233 with the kernel I'm using.  It looks like the
driver I have is incompatible with kernels later than 2.4.18-3.  That
could be just because I haven't invested the time in researching the
problem.  Audio isn't a high priority on a server.

Has anyone resolved the problem with the via8233 driver?
