Same with Apache 2.0.43.  I don't see a way to force apache to use its
internal copy of expat in a configure variable, but it should be
relatively easy to muck around with the configure scripts or makefiles to
get it to do so.  BTW, you should only need expat if you use the WebDAV
functionality.  See http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_dav.html.
