[lug] remotely accessible sub-domain

Hello,

 I have computer on my home network that I would like to set up as a
remotely accessible sub-domain  ( ex: mycomp.mydomain.com ). My network
is set up like this:
	
	Internet
	|
  	dsl-modem
		|
        	mainbox(10.0.0.5)
        		|(nat)
			|
			mycomp.mydomain.com (192.168.5.5)

How can I make 192.168.5.5 remotely accessible via http and ssh?
I would appreciate any help in this.
