[lug] keyboard shortcut for switching gnome workspaces

Folks, is there a keyboard shortcut for switching workspaces in gnome?
I'm using Krud 8.0, March edition.  I've looked in the preferneces in the
workspace applet, and there isn't anything there.  The helpfile for the
applet just tells you to click the workspace you want.  

It would be strange if this isn't an option, I think.  Thanks for the
