[lug] Konqueror can't do radio buttons

Yeah, it's had some problem in the past.

I know this worked fine with 3.0.3 and 3.1 compiled myself.  It is not 
working right now with 3.1.1 from redhat.  I'm forced to use mozilla now, 
too.
