Do you also get the "[mozilla-bin <defunct>]" lines when you run the command "px 
ax"?  I wonder if it is related to the way that I am using Mozilla, since I only 
recently started using it as a mail client (it used to be kmail).  I really like 
Mozilla because of how well it integrates with OpenOffice, so if I can figure 
out exactly what's going wrong and that it is reproduceable, I'll file a bug.

That thing about the writable cursor is new for me though.. I haven't 
experienced that.  Could it be related to the theme that one uses?
