	I had this "problem" for a while, but what cleared it up for
me was the command "apt-get dselect-upgrade" which cleaned up all but
1 or 2 things.

	As another reply said, you tend to get these sort of "held
back" issues when fundamental incompatabilities might exist - and the
upgrade of libc was one of those things (I think - I'm not real clear
on the issue TBH :)
