I don't know of any solutions off the top of my head.

A good resource for real world evaluations of Project Management solutions
is gantthead.com (free registration required to see many of the articles).
They have several good discussions on tools.

A hosted solution which looked interesting is eproject.com. But I have no
idea if it has good support for Linux browsers.
