[lug] Server health monitoring followup

Thanks to everyone who responded.  I'll probably check out BB and 
Nagios, though nagios might be a bit much.  It will be fun to revisit 
BB.  I had actually re-written the original BB myself in perl for my 
previous employer and it worked okay, though it wasn't monitoring disk 
space.
