Looks like Red Hat knows all about it:

Unfortunately, the bug is 1 year old tomorrow (timely), and twaugh
doesn't seem to be caring too much.  If you've figured out how to get
wdiff to work on Red Hat, it'd be good to add it to the Bugzilla.
