This Mandrake cooker RPM
(http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/cooker/contrib/i586/wdiff-0.5-5mdk.i586.html)
installed cleanly for me on a somewhat modified (several unofficial RPMs,
mostly from FreshRPMs) RH9 box.

pdiff works (very nicely!) with this wdiff bin.
