Hmm, as far as i understand ReiserFS is a very good choice if you have
lots of file in one directory (since it speeds up directory lookups 
[tree access vs. sequential scan]).

Really? I thought it uses trees for metadata. Doesn't a block device allways
have to serve blocks to the kernel? ;-)
