[lug] KDE Window Shading

Another in a list of not particularly heavy topics...

In the process of familiarizing myself with KDE I've managed to change a 
setting so that shaded windows are automatically unshaded when the mouse 
pointer moves over them, and then reshaded when the mouse pointer leaves 
the window.  Someone please tell me how to turn of this rather annoying 
behavior.  I'm in the KDE Control Center and have been through the 
desktop settings numerous times with now luck.  It must be here somewhere...
