I've started to see the acronym FLOSS (like here http://worldwatch.linuxgazette.com/article.php?sid=184), but haven't been able to figure out what the heck it means. I'm assuming the center OS is Open Source, but the rest of it escapes me. Thanks in advance, -- Andrew Diederich
