Red hat has announced that Red Hat Linux (i.e. version 9) will no longer
be supported or available after April 2004. There will be no Red Hat 10!
Their only products after April will be their various Enterprise
editions that have a yearly subscription fee. With Novell buying SUSE
and RedHat dropping the desktop, will any major company be delivering a
reasonably priced desktop Linux?
