HI,

For those of you who are interested...  SCO is now trying to stop the
Novell-SuSE deal - and they may go forward and now also claim that
their IP is
in BSD.  This will open the doors for suing Apple and all BSD shops.
They
must have gone crazy...  SCO, M$, and Sun  against the rest of the
world!

SCO is planning to block Novell's acquisition of SUSE Linux on 
the grounds that it has a non-compete agreement with Novell 
dating back to its purchase of Unix.
