[lug] Linux 802.11b (broadcom)

I had the same problem with a Belkin card.

I returned the card, and got (believe it or not) a Microsoft Wireless 
adapter (MN-520).  It works GREAT with the linus-wlan 
(http://www.linus-wlan.com) drivers.
