We are pleased to announce that Bryan Tramont, FCC Chairman Powell's Chief
of Staff, has agreed to speak at the ISART conference in Boulder,
Colorado, March 2-4, 2004.

ISART is a forum created to explore the current state of the radio and
wireless technology by bringing together a diverse collection of experts
