I can also confirm that my Cisco 678 has worked flawlessly since my 
upgrade to 1.5Mb/s.

I flat out refused the Actiontec modem and took my chances, because no 
one at Qwest could confirm that it could route two separate IP ranges 
via PPPoA like the Cisco has done for a couple of years here for me.
