Trying to run quotacheck on a redhat system I am getting errors.
despite the documentation at redhat stating that quotacheck
should be run from a cronjob regularly... this is what I get if I
just try to run quotacheck by hand:

-bash <~> sudo quotacheck -vagu
Password:
quotacheck: Quota for users is enabled on mountpoint
/var/spool/mail so quotacheck might damage the file.
Please turn quotas off or use -f to force checking.

however... forcing is not recomended by the man page. So what is
the proper way to run quotacheck with cronjobs on a RHEnt
server... like on home directories and /var/spool/mail that need
to stay online?
