If you are not opposed to purchasing a 'commercial wine' package I can
recommend these folks highly:

http://www.codeweavers.com/site/products/

An excellent product from a company who's business model I respect.
They used to have a free download of what they called Wine 1.0
(pre-###), but I can't find a page for that anymore. Most likely the
official wine distribution has incorporated the useful bits of that
software into theirs at this point.

I haven't done much comparison between their commercial product and the
free one lately, but because they contribute their code back to the
wine development effort you can usually beat the free version into
doing everything Codeweaver's pay version can do. What you get for
your $$$ is that you don't have to perform the beating, they've done it
for you. (Which is only a benefit if you don't enjoy the beating
process. =)
