One thing that we've done successfully at the NCLUG meetings is to have
"lightning talks", where a number of people get up and each talk for 10 to
15 minutes on a particular topic.  Oddly, it's usually easier to find 3 to
6 people to talk for 10 to 15 minutes each than 1 person to talk for an
hour.

I kind of need to play it by ear, because I don't know if I'll be able to
make it down there, but I could definitely talk on something.  I have a
pre-made talk on the latest JOTWeb that I could give, kind of talking about
how it's a collection of a bunch of other tools in a handy, candy shell.
