Download the net-tools source code and compile it, or if console access
is the only thing allowed, print out the important bits, type in a small
program using the proper ioctls and compile.

If you don't have a compiler, I think Perl can do it for you.
If you don't have Perl or a compiler, use xxd on another machine, print
it out and reenter it by hand.  Make sure you get the right md5sums.

If you don't have xxd, you can use the shell and echo -e and enter the
code as escaped hex groups. :-)  Or Emacs has a hex editing mode too, I
think.
